Want a poem written for you on the spot?

On Valentine’s Day I’ll be among 12 poets writing poems for travelers at Union Station in Toronto. Poetry in Union is a public art event sponsored by the League of Canadian Poets in partnership with Union Station.

This year’s poets are Domenico Capilongo, Puneet Dutt, Sadiqa de Meijer, Lois Lorimer, Maureen Hynes, Jim Nason, Jacquie Buncel, Dani Couture, Susie Whelehan, Sarah yi-Mei Tsiang, Kate Marshall Flaherty and me.

The event will open with a reading by Toronto Poet Laureate Al Moritz at Noon. Poets will be in shifts from 12:30-7. If you’re looking for me I’m on from 12:30-2:15.
