PLANT Architects and Poetry of The City

Last year at this time, PLANT Architects painted my poem, “The City” 30 meters long on King Street in Toronto. This was part of the King Street Pilot project and was always meant to be temporary. PLANT recently sent out a newsletter showing the poem as it is now and the poem as it was when fresh. I could not help but reflect that this is the impact of the city on The City. If you’re in Toronto and you’d like to walk on the poem, go ahead. It’s on King Street West near Brant Ave.
